A Hamline University graduate, Nancy holds a degree in Marketing Communications/Business Administration with a minor in French.
Nancy is committed to ongoing learning, earning multiple HubSpot certifications. In her previous role at North Star, she facilitated key achievements like the BBB Integrity Award, earned recognition as a "Top 25 Woman Industry Leader in the Twin Cities," and initiated the first telemarketing pilot program, paving the way for remote work before it became widespread.

Outside the office, Nancy is passionate about supporting Gold Ribbon and Pyr Paws Fluffy Tails Rescues, where she volunteers her time for various initiatives. She also cherishes moments with her "tripod" Golden Retriever and Great Pyrenees, embraces a toxin-free lifestyle, and enjoys gardening, cooking, and staying active with yoga, strength training, and cardio.
